I. INTRODUCTION

West Bound Bulua Terminal and Public Market (WBBTPM) has been
one of the major business centers in the City of Cagayan de Oro. It is the gate
way to Cagayan de Oro City’s thriving economy.

However, despite the booming economy at (WBBTPM) many business

owners, clients and even the ordinary citizens have noticed one problem that
seems to be unsolvable, the garbage collection and management.

At present, the local government conducts a garbage collection around

WBBTPM once a day. However, the once a day collection could not
accommodate the daily garbage load of WBBTPM. Since there are a lot of
market stalls, warehouses, and PUV at WBBTPM the amount of waste inside
WBBTPM seems to be endless

II. Proposal

ABCGC is a start-up company who wish to offer an OPTIONAL private

garbage collection to establishments and business owners within WBBTPM.

III. PROPOSED SCHEDULE

The garbage collection will be made twice (2x) a day for all days of the
week. There will be a morning and afternoon collection every day.

One garbage truck will go around the paying subscribers to collect their
waste. Every garbage truck shall have a duly licensed driver and two (2)
garbage collectors.

We should also encourage the subscribers to segregate their waste to

help the curb our environmental problems.
 IV. PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF PAYMENT
The subscription price shall be THREE HUNDRED PESOS (Php 300.00)
per week for every establishment, stall or business owner.

The subscription fee shall be collected by ABCGC’s authorized

representative every 5th day of the month.

ABCGC shall also provide one quality garbage cans/container to every

subscriber upon their subscription

V. GUARANTEE

ABCGC guarantees that the garbage collected from subscribers will be

properly disposed in accordance with the pertinent laws, rules and regulation.
