Human Resources Policy for Employees

1. Equal rights an conditions policy:

1.1 LLC “Dragonfly in the Sun” provides equal employment conditions for all
employees/applicants and does not discriminate on any ground which is prohibited by the
law, including race, gender, age, religion, nationality, physical abilities etc.

1.2 Our goal is providing equal opportunities in conditions of employment, selection,


remuneration, promotion, demotion, dismissal and all other possible conditions.

1.3 All employees are required to notify their supervisors about any violation of this policy. Any
of employees who will violate or intentionally takes revenge on individuals who detect or
appeal against violating the policy mentioned above, will be taken under disciplinary
sanctions or might be dismissed from job.
2. Hiring and dismissing conditions and requirement for employees/applicants:
2.1 All employees/applicants are required:
2.1.1 To fill and send the application form ;
2.1.2 To provide their recommendations;
2.1.3 To have their own Public Liability Insurance and provide supporting documentation;
2.1.4 To pass background checks;
2.1.5 To pass the interview;
2.1.6 To provide additional documentation (if required).
 
3. Performance assessment :
3.1 Performance assessment of the employee is undertaken during the year and is a progressing
process. In addition official Performance assessment of employee shall be conducted once a
year and shall include an interview.
3.2 The purpose of Performance assessment is: providing constructive information; confirmation
of accomplishments; development plan establishment; activity and company goals
comparison. The basis of Performance assessment is not individual cases, but the entire
activity.
3.3 The information added to Performance assessment is private and its promulgation is
unacceptable.
