6 Reasons you should consider calisthenics.

Over the past year, I've been practicing calisthenics, because I had no money or time
(college student pursuing a college degree and a professional course together). Here's why I
would recommend it to you.

Cheap: First off, you save money on gym memberships, and the expensive supplements
trainers inadvertently push on you (here in India, where you earn in rupee, purchasing power
is limited by the weak currency) Calisthenics only needs a pullup bar (or tree branch), and a
basketball. No equipment, no to low cost. Calisthenics doesn't require your money.
Creativity: The only thing calisthenics requires of you is your creativity and ability to think
out of the box. In my case, I couldn't fit a pull up bar at home because all the doorways are
wooden, so I did pullups off my door.
Versatility: Calisthenics should be done with high intensity, but can also be used to build up
discipline and endurance(high rep sets). The Great Gama, the only unbeaten wrestler
trained with just Hindu push-ups and Hindu squats.
Flexibility: Callisthenics does wonders for your tight muscles, and greatly improves your
flexibility with the bridge, besides also building up strength in your muscles and joints.
Joint Strengthening: Calisthenics strengthens not just your muscles, but also your joints. In
my case, paused full ROM(range of motion) squats helped immensely with knee pain I'd
developed.
Impressive: Most of all maybe, calisthenics moves like one arm push-ups and pullups done
in public, can be a panty wetter like no other, much to the chagrin of the male lackey
accompanying her.
Pour conclure, I would call on all men to consider calisthenics, both newbies and veterans,
because what else builds up your muscles, joints and ligaments, your creativity, and is
just an epic way to awe the onlookers? Best of all maybe, it's damn cheap.
