Following are the highlights of my commissioning experience

 Worked as a commissioning team member in largest oil refinery of Pakistan

 Involved in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Initial Start up.
 Commissioning of DCS (Yokogawa Centum VP), ABB ESD system, and F&G panel.
 Dry run/ logic verification of different control loops for verification of Tripping as per cause
and effect diagram.
 Line-up of systems for the introduction of hydrocarbons.
 Master Start-up Activities of the Plant.

Operations Engineer/Production Incharge

February 2016 to April 2017

Worked as Operations Engineer in a used Lube Oil Refining plant consisting of following
units.

 VDU (Vacuum distillation unit)

 Base oil Hydro treater unit (Commissioning)
 Base Oil Finishing unit (Commissioning)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

 Developed process flow diagrams (PFD’s), Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID’s)
Standard operating procedures, Log sheets and Quality management system.
 Achieve safe and smooth operation targets.
 Flow metering and totalizers record co-ordination with customers whom product supply
was done via pipelines.
 Prepare Daily production report and forward to head office.
 Prepare inventory and stock report.
 Follow up the material procurement with concerned departments and maintain inventory
at site.

 Follow up of EHS issues.
 Implementation of local laws regarding effluents disposal.
