LIMBACO ‘chools Division Superintendent DATE: April 4,2018 ‘Submission of the SY 2017-2018 Individual Performance Commitment Review Form (IPCRF) of All Teaching Personnel 1 Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 on the Implementation of the Results Based Performance Management System (RPMS) which aims to provide comprehensive guidelines for the adoption of the Civil Service Commission’s (CSC) Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), this Office shall collect the April to March accomplished IPCRF of all teaching personnel in the division for SY 2017-2018. oH In this regard, all school heads are directed to submit one (1) copy of the teacher’s accomplished IPCRF with rating, together with a summary of all the teacher's IPCRF rating in three (3) copies including the Part IV on Development Plans for every school.
