First Ink Load

Authorization
• Before any onsite service is performed, a service request must be
submitted to the Mutoh Customer Care Department

• Online Service Request Form
– You will need to set up a User Name and Password to log in to the
Mutoh Reseller Website
• Will automatically submit to Mutoh Customer Care Department
• Will Copy the sender (Dealer email address)

Onsite Service and Service
Authorization
• Authorization for onsite service will be given
once a service call entry has been generated by
Mutoh Customer Care Department
– Service Authorizations will be digitally signed by a
Mutoh representative and emailed to the requesting
dealer
– Service Authorizations are required for dealer
compensation after completing onsite service
• Customer Satisfaction forms must be completed
when onsite service is complete and sent in with
the authorization form to receive dealer
compensation for onsite service
Warranty Service Parts
• Warranty service parts must be returned to
Mutoh, new and/or used, within 10 business
days of completing onsite service
– Prepaid Air bills are included with the warranty parts
shipments
– Failure to return parts within this time frame will result
in invoicing for non returned parts
• RMA forms are sent will all returnable parts that
reference the Mutoh Service Call Number and
Authorization Number
– RMA forms are included with the warranty parts
shipments
