PROJECT EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

OF
AAZ MARKETING INC.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract is made and entered into by and between:

AAZ MARKETING INCORPORATION, duly organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic
of the Philippines with address Door 004, Malagamot Road, Panacan Davao City, Davao del Sur,
Philippines. Hereinafter represented by ALOYSIUS ZHANG, GENERAL MANAGER hereinafter referred
to as the EMPLOYER.
--and--

Glenn D. Gomez Filipino, of legal age, single/married and a resident of Purok


Matinahuron, Timberland Village , Brgy. Bulatok , Pagadian City, Zamboanga del sur,
Mindanao Philippines, hereinafter called as EMPLOYEE.

WITNESSTH

WHEREAS, The Employer is in need of a PROJECT EMPLOYEE to do work as,


merchandiser .

WHEREAS, The Employee has expressed his/her interest to fill up the said position and thereafter
declared by the Employer that said Employee is qualified to do task as required therein.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby mutually enter
into this covenant with the following terms and conditions, to wit:

--TERMS—

That the Employee will work as merchandiser and will be assigned to Citihardware Pagadian . The
work will commence on March 28, 2021 and expected to be completed on or before the end of the 1
(one) month which will on April 28, 2021 . In the event that the project, where the Employee is
assigned to work, is not finish within the specific date, this contract can be extended until the time the
project will be finished or completed as declared by the Employer.

--WAGE—

That the EMPLOYER shall pay the EMPLOYEE a rate based on the prescribed salary rate where the
EMPLOYEE is being assigned.

PRE-TERMINATION

The EMPLOYER shall exercise the right to rescind, cancel or terminate this contract at anytime and/or
prior to the expiration of the term thereof and also on the following grounds:

1. The EMPLOYEE violates any terms and conditions of the EMPOYER’S CODE OF CONDUCT.

2. When the EMPLOYEE neglects and/or refuse to fulfill his/her duties and responsibilities for the
completion of the work assign.
3. When the EMPLOYEE fails to perform his/her specific task or work duly prescribed by the
EMPLOYER or its representative/s.
4. If the project is terminated or discontinue for any reason by the EMPLOYER.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this 26th day of March 2021 at
Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, Mindanao , Philippines.
