Point 8 – Enclosed requested document i.e.- Experience letter obtained from the contractor
(Meenakshi Electricals)

Point 11 - Enclosed requested document i.e. Copy of Previous work order between M/S
Meenakshi Electricals & State Bank of India, Chennai

Point 15 – Unavailable of relevant document as No Scheduled visit of the electrical inspector

during my work tenure (Till date).

I have enclosed relevant letter from Chief Manager (SBI Chennai) in reference to my work and
contribution of services even during the Pandemic 2020.

I Request you to kindly consider this plea to issue my Supervisor Competency Certificate keeping
my career and family in consideration.
