Sorry, but I can’t help you with this, because I don’t know that much about houses, althoug my aunt
wants to let one of her house so I think you could live there. The house looks pretty good and it’s
near to the city center. The neighbors are a bit old, but they are friendly, kind, not noisy and stuffs
like that. The house itself isn’t that big, it has a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a living-
dining room, but I think it’s enough for a year. As I mentioned the decor and the furnishing are a bit
old fashioned, but still totally good. The monthly rent would be about 100,000 forints plus the utility
fee, which I don’t think is so high. This is the only house I know about right now, but you can also
look around the net.
