Bahan PUDDING:

 175 gram mentega


 75 gram gula palem
 2 sendok makan madu
 100 gram gula pasir
 3 butir telur, dipisah kuning dan putihnya
 1 buah jeruk lemon, diparut
 125 gram tepung terigu
 15 gram susu bubuk
 1/2 sendok teh baking powder
 50 gram ceri merah, dipotong-potong
 50 gram ceri hijau, dipotong-potong
 50 gram kismis

Cara Membuat PUDDING:

1. Kocok mentega, gula pasir, dan gula palem hingga lembut. Masukkan kuning telur
sambil dikocok terus hingga lembut.
2. Masukkan madu, parutan kulit jeruk, tepung terigu, susu bubuk, dan baking powder
sambil diayak.
3. Tambahkan buah kering, lalu tambahkan putih telur yang sudah dikocok kaku.
4. Tuang ke dalam pinggan tahan panas yang dioles margarin, lalu kukus selama 1 jam
sambil ditutup aluminium foil.
5. Setelah dingin, keluarkan dari loyang dan potong-potong.

     2 tablespoons honey
     100 grams of granulated sugar
     3 eggs, yolks and whites separated
     1 lemons, grated
     125 grams of wheat flour
     15 grams of milk powder
     1/2 teaspoon baking powder
     50 grams of red cherries, cut into pieces
     50 grams of green cherries, cut into pieces
     50 grams of raisins

How to Make PUDDING:


1. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Enter beaten egg yolks while
constantly until smooth.
2. Enter the honey, grated orange peel, flour, milk powder, and baking powder sifted while.
3. Add dried fruit, then add the beaten egg whites stiff.
4. Pour into a heat resistant dish smeared with margarine, and steam for 1 hour while covered
aluminum foil.
5.Once cool, remove from pan and cut into pieces.
