Grouping (24 student class)


Warm up – Entire class will warm-up together and discuss what is going to take
place during the lesson.
Lesson Focus – Students will pick their own group, there will be 4 groups of 6 for
each station.
Closure/ cool down – Entire class will come back together for discussion.

Materials (TESS – 1d) (List materials and how they will be used in the lesson)
Equipment – Frisbees, Buckets, Hula hoops, Disc golf basket, Tape for targets
Technology (used by YOUR students) –
Curricular (task sheets etc.) – Personal performance sheets to keep up with how
many shots it took to get frisbee to target.

Introduction to Lesson
Today we are going to be working on our throwing accuracy with frisbees. To test our accuracy there are stations set up around the court that range in
difficulty due to differences in size, height, and the distance of the throw.

Warm up – Safety for Warm up -
The class will do some basic arm stretches to get their arms loose for throwing the frisbees, Do not overstretch muscles.
