AFFIDAVIT OF REPUDIATION

I, FELIX MADRID, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married, and a resident of Surigao
City, Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am REPUDIATING the WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INTEREST that I

executed on May 21st, 2010 in favor of my siblings, FELICISIMO G. MADRID,
JOVENCIO G. MADRID, CONSTANCIO G. MADRID and MAMERTO G.
MADRID, SR.(ANNEX 1);
2. That I was able to sign the abovementioned document by means of deceit and fraud
by MILDRED MADRID-MANGOMPIT, the daughter of the late MAMERTO G.
MADRID;
3. That I was brought by MILDRED MADRID-MANGOMPIT to the Department of
Agrarian Reform in San Francisco, Surigao del Norte to sign some documents for the
processing of the application for the transfer of the share of my co-siblings to the
subject property of the waiver;
4. That I was made to sign a lot of documents which were written in the English
language and the contents of these documents were not explained to me;
5. That being only an elementary graduate, I did not understand what were the contents
of the said documents;
6. That because of my trust to my niece, MILDRED MADRID-MANGOMPIT, and
because of the fact that I am in the Office of the Department of Agrarian Reform, I
signed the documents;
7. That later on, I found out that one of the documents I have signed was a WAIVER OF
RIGHTS AND INTEREST of the whole area of the subject parcel of land;
8. As such, I am executing this Affidavit to certify or attest to the truth of the foregoing
facts and for the purpose of REPUDIATING such WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND
INTEREST and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hands this 6th day of January 2011, in the City
of Surigao, Philippines.
