The scenario of making the loophole possible!
The process of creating a new DMV file (driver’s license bureau) or a new credit
file sounds very difficult and a job thought to be impossible, but it is not. The DMV
and credit bureaus have a huge amount of information that cannot be easily
organized. Every such computer system has a million different names, but a
significant amount of these names are the same, some even belong to the same
city and sometimes the identical names even have the same birth date. The idea
of creating a new clean file making sure that only your new file is recognized as
genuine is thus, easy.
In this modern era, the information comes at a very fast pace, keeping in view the
annual births, deaths and some legal reasons. So, the computers are designed to
update and remove information on a regular basis. This information does not only
consist of the basic data of a personnel like name, date of birth and social security
number etc., but also socio‐personal information like political affiliations, habits,
eating and drinking patterns to distinguish between every person effectively.
But artificial intelligence can never be an adequate alternate to the human mind.
The computer systems lack in many ways to keep this operation running
smoothly, because of a few reasons:
● The huge size of the data.
● The frequency, at which the registered data is being changed, removed and
updated.
● Recently applied legislations have limited the availability of data to
different agencies and bureaus.
3 | P a g e
● The limitations of an artificial brain. A computer can never make decisions
and results with incomplete information.
● And finally, identity theft. This also helps the cause because of its vibrant
activity nowadays.
Due to these reasons, the agencies and the bureaus are repeatedly collecting
social and personal data about the individuals registered, and because this
information is variable, they need to update on a very regular basis making it very
difficult to be organized properly.
In short, an individual’s credit profile (either TRW or TU) is never really complete
during any time of his life and there are fair chances that even the incomplete
report is not accurate. The databases rely on variable information and it is
technically impossible to keep everything up‐to‐date and precise. This is the
reason why new file creations, new alias registrations, use of multiple social
security numbers are left unmonitored by the computers. This scenario enables
the “Ultimate Credit Loophole” to form and allow us to perform a somewhat
legal violation. These techniques and strategies are used actively by lawyers and
other professionals.
4 | P a g e
The loophole and how it works!
In a computer system you are identified on the basis of your name, date of birth,
social security number and address etc. If any of this information is changed the
computer does not update the information in your report until someone manually
tells the computer to do it. Lawyers use such tricks to “manipulate” the database
systems. When your set of information is put into the DMV or credit bureau’s
computer systems, it has to match the information in the database completely;
any change in any detail of the information will return a “no history found” error.
And this is where we can take advantage. Using this loophole you can get as much
credit as you want! How? Well, we will tell you that, but let us know what this
“Big Secret” does.
Whenever you apply for a credit facility or tend to check someone’s credit record,
and if that person does not exist, a new credit record file is created automatically
and this file is eventually shared with all the credit bureaus across the country
because all major credit bureaus and agencies like FBI etc., are connected to each
other, and you have a new ‘national’ credit profile just like that!
5 | P a g e
Personal Information and its use
Basically, there are 3 simple ways of creating this new credit profile.
1. Using the same name with a different set of personal information (date of
birth, address, social security number etc.)
2. Using the same set of personal information with a different last name or
first name.
3. Using an alias with a different or same set of personal information.*
* Some US states requires Alias Registration
As told before, opting for any of these options and then running a credit check
will result in “no history found” or “no record found” error from the computer.
And that’s what you need, this will allow you create a new credit profile and keep
it strong and healthy. This new record with a new set of information can possibly
match with someone else’s profile, but that case is very rare!
So let’s get down to game, how to do it? A very simple and easy process will get
you a “AAA” credit profile, a new Driver’s license or an ID card with an
information of your choice i.e., your “second identity”.
Usually, people twist their names or sometimes change either their first or last
name to apply for new credit, sometime even a change in spelling is used. Using
the middle name instead of your first name will also do the trick, keeping all other
personal information unchanged. A change of address is also vastly used to get
new credit, but it should be kept in mind that the new address provided should be
6 | P a g e
real and you should be able to receive mail on it. Using your sibling, parents or
other family relative’s address would be ideal.
In California, people use “aliases” under this technique for a variety of reasons.
Famous personalities, celebrities and also political figures use aliases to hide their
publicity and hidden assets that they do not want to disclose to the public. Many
of them even establish new businesses under their aliases and often have a
complete set of a different driver’s license, ID card and also a credit profile.
Social Security Numbers
Changing your social security number is one of the easiest ways of getting credit;
you don’t even have to change any of your personal information. Changing even 1
digit form your Social Security Number will create a new profile for you.
In usual practice, you are not required for your Social Security Card or any proof
of it by the creditors, they only ask for your Driver’s license, ID card and
sometimes a proof of residence. Getting your new file will automatically obtain
you a new social security card later on. A social security number is in the following
format: xxx ‐xx ‐ xxxx
7 | P a g e
The first 3 numbers tell the state you were born in, and the rest of them
represent your personal information. But you only need to change the first three
digits to get a new profile and keep everything else the same. Not changing will
also allow you to remember it easily.
Here is a list of Social Security Numbers of all the states in the US:
8 | P a g e
Note: If you are going to use the same name with this technique, then you will
have to change the place of the birth to the respected state you are opting for,
but if you are using some other name then all your SS information may remain the
same if you wish to. The database servers can easily identify the difference
between your information and your case can be marked as illegal.
If you want to use a new name, you can get it registered at the Social Security
office. You simply have to give them your new name with the same sets of
information and get a new Social Security Card printed out. After that, you will
have two Social Security Cards with two different names. To do this, you need to
have a Driver’s license and an ID card with a different name; we will explain how
to do that later in this book. You do not need any court order or legal proceedings
for the card, just a new set of ID card and Driver’s license.
The format and meaning of Social Security Numbers
Now that you know what the Social Security number looks like and what does the
first 3 digits stand for, let’s get to know about the other two parts. The second
part (2 digit number) is the “group” number, and the third part (4 digit number) is
the “serial” number.
Every now and then the Social Security Administration conducts researches and
they pick one out of every five numbers to form a sample group. For example, if
the last four digits of your Social Security Number end up between 3001‐3999 or
8001‐8999 then your number will be part of that respective sample group. The
9 | P a g e
Social Security Office assigns the numbers in numerical order, but the sequence is
changed after every fifth number for the sample group.
The “group” number shows the time when the person was assigned the Social
Security Number. The order starts with odd numbers 01 through 09 then even
numbers 10 to 98 then even numbers 02 to 08 and finally odd numbers 11
through 99. Each state assigns its area numbers with the group number 01 and
uses serial numbers 0001‐9999 before starting to use group number 03.
For example, let’s use New Hampshire. The very first SSN assigned was 001‐01‐
0001. The next was 002‐02‐0001 and the third of course was 003‐01‐
0001. The fourth would have been 001‐01‐0002 and the fifth, which falls into the
sample group, would be 001‐01‐2001. As the numbers increase, after 003‐01‐
9999, the series would change and the next number would be 001‐03‐0001
respectively.
Although some of the numbers would be invalid, such as:
Staring with three or more zeros
Ending with four zeros
Starting with 73‐79 or 6‐8
Now that we have learned on how to use the loophole technique effectively with
your particular set of information, let’s now learn how to create the new file we
want.
10 | P a g e
How to create the new credit file
The operation of the Credit Bureaus is to get “bad” data on people. For example,
your good record only stays for 2 years in your record, bad information and
records for 7 years and bankruptcy records for 10 years. Surprisingly, sometimes
timely payments and thrifts are also considered bad because one would not apply
for loans if he had not been turned down by primary lenders. Also, getting
frequent credit check will also hurt your credit score.
It is necessary that you maintain a good credit record on your new file and never
let out your old (original) information to any of your new credit applications; this
will only blow the cover and bring you back down the ladder. There are three
main credit bureaus in the country and you are allowed legal to have one free
11 | P a g e
credit report every year from each of them. And using our ultimate loophole, you
can create as many files as you want!
The most effective way of creating a new file is by post. Thousands of people
apply for credit each year to these credit agencies, so it is practically impossible
for the agencies to double check every set of information, even a part of it. Their
primary motive is to make money and they are too much focused on it, so they
don’t pay attention to checking and are always busy in profit making, minimizing
the load and keeping up to the legal requirements of providing people like you a
free credit report each year. So, they pay more attention to the jobs which will
earn them money rather than free ones like this.
There is another way though, you can apply for credit reports using the Credit
Bureaus’ websites. All of the sites have links to get your free annual report. Once
you have decided with what information you will use, you simply have to visit
their website, fill in the information and get your free credit report online in
minutes! And thus, your new credit file has been successfully created! Now the
arena is yours, keep it clean and good to get the most advantages out of it.

Yet another simple way of getting credit is to walk into a simple jeweler’s store
and buy an inexpensive item, costing below $100. You then have to ask for their
credit form and apply for in‐house credit. When you have successfully paid off
your credit, the shop administration will send up an A‐1 rated credit report to the
bureaus in the next month.
13 | P a g e
Getting a new Driver’s license and ID
Now let’s learn how to get a driver’s license and ID card for your newly created
profile. All you need to do is go to the DMV with your new personal information
and apply for a license. You can also show them the paper work that you have just
got registered on the networks and this will do the trick just as for the credit
bureaus. And if you want to use your same name, but with different information,
you can simply fill out the form to change your address and get a new driver’s
license. If you have just changed your name, then you can simply apply for a
duplicate license, there is a standard procedure to get a duplicate license and it is
a simple process. All you have to do is tell them that you’d like to make a name
and address change. Most states do not require a court order for you to submit a
name change at the DMV. You can call your local office to check if you might have
to go to the courthouse first and file for a name change. Generally, lawyers charge
$200 to $800 for a name change; you can also get the form from the courthouse
and fill it out yourself for around $100 depending on the state you are situated in.
But remember that the DMV may change your name and address at your request,
but not your date of birth.
If you are opting for a name change at the courthouse, fill out the form and check
it in with the court clerk for the judge to sign. It normally takes a few days to be
signed. After that, in order to make it legal, you need to publish your name
change in a local newspaper. If this is not done that your name change will have
no effect on your record. And this is the loophole, you do not need to publish
your name change on a newspaper and prevent it for coming into your record.
14 | P a g e
After filling your name and other details, you need to pay a fee and the DMV will
take your picture. It will take a couple of weeks for your new license or state ID to
arrive. Then you will have 2 licenses or ID cards with different sets of information
or a one new ID and license with new information.
It is important to be careful in these operations and keep all your records straight
in your mind. If you created your new file with your same name and used
different personal information, then you won’t need to do anything else to apply
for new credit cards. (They never cross‐reference the address). So you can use
your original license or ID to apply for credit cards using new personal information
like your address.
15 | P a g e
But if you are applying for a major loan or credit contract which needs you to
present your ID to people in the office, then you need to obtain the respected
documents accordingly. The decision is yours; you can use any technique as you
want to and achieve anything you desire. However, the most recommended
method is to keep your name and birth date unchanged and use different
information with it because that is the most simple and easy process.
How to keep your new credit file clean and build on it!
The basic idea is to start with small loans and pay them with taking new loans;
this will keep your record clean and be rated as “AAA”. This will take no time at all
and get you a good rating.
Just choose a bank you like and open a new savings account in that bank. Mostly
banks only demand a $100 deposit to open a new account. Once you have done
this, you can ask the bank for a loan against your deposit money. The bank will
not check any employment records against your name and grant you the loan
against the deposit because it is basically secure.
You may now take the loan, go to another bank and repeat the same process.
After doing so with at least three banks, you can ask for a 6 to 12 months term for
your loan. Also, make sure to keep your payment account passbook with you
every time because it may be demanded by the banks at any time. Once this is all
done, you will have $100 in your pocket, you may now open a checking account
with the $100 you have.
16 | P a g e
With this new account you will make your monthly payments for the loans you
have taken. It is advised to wait for a couple of days and then make your first
payment for each of your loan. Then, wait another week to make your second
payments and so on. Within a month, you will have an active checking account,
three active loans, and all of them being paid in advance. And so, you have a five
star credit in the snap of a finger!
You can now do the same thing with bigger amounts and get more and more
credit. But be sure to always have enough money in your savings account so that
you can make timely payments. With the interest on your savings account you will
be at an even place after paying the loans and the interest on it, so you will have
almost the whole $100 you started with. In a short time, you will be eligible for
credit cards, auto loans, home loans and even signature loans!
17 | P a g e
The structure of the credit scoring system
Most banks will provide you unsecured loans when you will have 18 points in your
case. The factors that make up points are most importantly, your points from the
past obligations you have paid off. Stated below is the points system currently
used by most of the banks:
18 | P a g e
Getting a lot of Credit Cards
Generally banks use 2 criterions to evaluate your eligibility for a credit card. One
is the points system similar to the one explained in the previous chapter and one
is running a credit check.
While checking your credit history, the banks usually focus on the recent history
you have. If they see that you have obtained 2 to 3 credit cards recently, they will
be hesitant to issue you another credit card. And this phenomenon makes room
for another loophole.
19 | P a g e
In this modern era, information is passed on very easily and instantly. Using this
technique in our favor is the loophole we are talking about. The idea is to gather
as much credit card forms as you can, fill them out, and mail them back at the
same day. Nowadays, the credit card industry is at the peak and you can easily get
new offer pamphlets in usual public places and even in airplanes!
So first you need to gather a lot of offers, you can look through the internet,
yellow pages, public places, even banks. These salesmen will be very happy to
give you new offers to get you register for a credit card from their bank or
financial institution.
Once you have collected offers, and apply to around 30 of them on the same day,
you can hope for up to 10 of them to reply positively. Ten acceptances mean you
get a limit of $10,000 a day because usually credit cards have a limit of $1000 a
day. Now the choice is yours to invest your credit money where you want or use
the technique of paying off one credit card loan from the other and repeat the
chain process to improve your credit record even more!
You can also take some money out of the $10,000 and open a new savings
account, or deposit it into your existing saving account(s). You will then be able to
ask that particular bank for a secured credit card. Having a secured credit card
enables you to get more credit than the limit by using it frequently and making
timely payments, you can avail this opportunity and you can also apply for more
unsecured credit cards because now you have a clean and healthy credit record.
The key to this fiasco is to be prudent and careful; you can’t just go on spending
the money on anything you want. Investing your money carefully will bring in
even more money!
20 | P a g e
Once you have your credit file built up, you can easily avail different cards like gas
cards, airline cards, travel cards, car repair and rental cards, dinner cards etc. But
you need to keep your balances below 30% so that you can avoid high interest
charges. Another thing is to pay your balances a month before they are due.
Some credit agencies use deceptive tricks to earn money as late payment charges;
they change the due dates without proper announcement to the customers.
Having a healthy relationship with your banks and its agents will always keep you
one step ahead of others and will save you from a million hassles!
Overdraft checking accounts
After building up your new credit profile, you will be able to make overdraft
checking accounts. These accounts give you the power of borrowing thousands of
dollars at a time. But these accounts are not available in every state; you can find
this out by calling to your State’s Capital Office. You may also ask them about the
varying loan conditions for your respective state too.
Overdraft checking accounts lets you issue checks for higher than your current
account balance. Different banks have different policies for fees and interests so it
will help you if you collect information from different banks and then make
decision based on that information. Some banks only charge interest on these
loans while some charge you at a certain percentage of the loan obtained. A few
banks also pay you interest on your payments to them so look around and gather
as much data as you can before making a decision.
21 | P a g e
You can open two such accounts at a time or simply deposit the money you have
availed through the service back to the account so that the interest earned on the
deposit pays back the interest that is to be charged on the loan.
Another “AAA” rated loophole
Another amazing way to build up your credit is to utilize the good credit records
of your relatives. All you need to do is to be added into the accounts to someone
very close to you having an AAA credit record of years! Or they can also start a
new credit file as you have only to help you. You simply have to get a card issue at
your name with their account(s). Using this technique you will also be able to
utilize their good credit record.
You can also help them back when they need to by sharing some of the great
rewards you will get using the amazing techniques and loopholes explained in this
book! If you have two or three more of such relatives than you can easily become
a Platinum cardholder practically overnight!

Free money!
The government is one of the most generous sources for money; it offers billions
of dollars in the shape of grants and free money. Mostly people do not know
about these things. This money can be taken by anyone who qualifies and you can
apply for as many grants as you can with your profile.

Foundations
There are 6 basic steps to approach foundations.
1. Analyze the program and the organizations to determine your need, the
people you will address and the type of support you require.
2. Using the list provided later in this chapter, make a list of possible
foundation based on the subject, interest and limitations disclosed by the
foundations.
3. Find out more about every foundation by reviewing its latest annual reports
or IRS form 990‐PF in the Foundation Center co‐operating libraries.
4. Consult other Foundation center publications providing more detailed
grants list and application procedures, as well as other directories, proposal
guides, websites, and other foundation resources.
5. After gathering all the information available, decide which foundations are
eligible according to your needs and aims. Do not go for foundations that
are most likely to reject your application.
Write a good proposal, which is in accordance with the foundation’s
instructions and which analyzes your needs and aims, establish your
credibility and capacity to successfully carry out the purpose of the help.
Also, include a detailed budget and describe about how you will measure
your program’s success

Cash Grants available
Foundations provide with individuals and organizations with different grants, they
give out millions of dollars each year for causes that they assume to be worthy
enough. An individual or any organization has to write a proposal stating the
details of their cause. If you do not think yourself to be able to write a proposal,
you can hire accountants and lawyers to write it for you. The internet also
provides with help to writing such proposals for free.
If you are opting to write the proposal yourself then you should keep in view
some things. You should state it clearly why you want this money and where do
you plan to spend it. You need to provide all the names of the principles that are
involved in the cause. If you work for a business or run a business, then be sure to
include your annual financial reports with the proposal i.e. your balance sheet. Do
not try to fool or deceive the foundation with any financial information because it
will be thoroughly analyzed by sophisticated financiers.

The Most Important Laws to Understand
● The Fair Credit Billing Act
● The Equal Credit Opportunity Act
● The Fair Credit Reporting Act
The Fair Credit Billing Act states that if you find an error of at least $50 on your
credit card statement or department store charge statement and you write to the
company about it, the company must acknowledge your letter within 30 days and
must resolve the dispute within 90 days. You must write on a separate piece of
paper, not on the bill.
The Equal Credit Opportunity Act bars discrimination on the basis of sex or marital
status in the granting of credit. Furthermore, you cannot be discriminated against
on the basis of age, race, color, religion, national origin, or receipt of public
assistance payments. The Equal Credit Opportunity Act requires that if you are
denied credit, the creditor must tell you why you were turned down.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act protects your credit status from misinformation, and
unverifiable or incomplete information. If you have been denied credit within the
past 30 days because of a negative report, the lender who turned you down must
give you the name and address of the credit bureau that supplied the report. You
then have the right to obtain a free copy of your file from the credit bureau. This
file must contain all the credit information they have on you and the sources from
which they obtained the information. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you
94 | P a g e
also have the right to an investigation of any information in your file that you feel
is inaccurate or incomplete. This is your right whether or not you have been
turned down recently by a creditor or lender. If the investigation reveals that the
information in your file is inaccurate or incomplete, or if it cannot be verified, it
must either be corrected or removed from your file. The credit bureau must send
a copy of the corrected record to each creditor or employer who was furnished
with the incorrect or incomplete information. Even if the credit bureau finds no
reason to correct your file, you have the right to issue a statement of your
reasons for disputing their records, and this statement must be kept as a
permanent part of your file. If a credit bureau violates the Fair Credit Reporting
Act in anyway, you should contact the Federal Trade Commission and you have
the right to sue the credit bureau.
