I, JORDAN I. LIBAYO, of legal age, single, a Filipino citizen, and a

resident of Ihogwab, Cababuyan North, Hingyon, Ifugao Province after
been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am voluntarily submitting myself under the custody of

the Hingyon Police Station pending investigation of a homicide
incident;

2. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of

the foregoing facts and that I am willing to affirm and confirm
the foregoing facts in any forum whenever legally required;.

I, JULIUS P. LUGUNA, of legal age, married, a Filipino citizen, and

a resident of Ubao, Aguinaldo, Ifugao province after been sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

3. That I am the accused in an instant case pending at the

Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao;

4. That pending the filing of the proper criminal case in court

against me and the issuance of a warrant of arrest, I am
voluntarily allowing myself to be incarcerated at the District
Jail, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao province;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of

the foregoing facts and that I am willing to affirm and confirm
the foregoing facts in any forum whenever legally required;.
