1. PROMOTE POSITIVITY
Pepsi can motivate customers with a positive approach in all aspects of the
marketing and also engaging a selling experience with strong customer service
which will produce confident reactions and promoting positivity will also
encourage sales in the market.

Pepsi has to make sure that it’s not all about the brand. When trying to influence
another customers thinking and to motivate them, here the important factor for
Pepsi is to focus on the benefits of their products or services and what it can do for
them in the future to achieve customer satisfaction.

3. ENCOURAGE LOYALTY
Here Pepsi can give rewards to customers for their custom with stronger offers
which is an excellent way to motivate repeat custom, at which point Pepsi should
use a brand communication to identify with the customer and encourage brand
loyalty.

4. COMMUNICATE A RELIABLE MESSAGE


Defining the primary target audience, and avoid trying to be the whole thing is also
the part of customer motivation. Pepsi can also develop a clear and compelling
message like for charities and other stuffs which can be delivered reliably across
all touch views in Pakistan to promote their products and services.

5. IMPROVE BRAND IMAGE


Pepsi should understand the customer’s decisions which are extremely influenced
by their awareness and relationship with their brand image. Not only Pepsi should
reflect the brand image with the values and message, but it should really occupy
with the target audience and earn achievements.

 Train local employees instead of newcomers to work in production
department.
 Update the standards of total quantity management for improvement of
continuous processes.
 Improve packing procedure to maintain the quality in different packing
structures, (250ml and cans).
 Implementation of rules within the region of all the franchises.
 Install vending machines in different public places to promote their product
and brand image.
 Mobile vans must be introduced to attract the customers towards Pepsi
brands in Pakistan.
 Pepsi should focus more on creating products that can be considered healthy
replacements to their customers.
 Management should introduce new benefits and welfare schemes.
