AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

I GLADYS JOY C. BRINGCULA, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and

resident of Sta. Cruz, Dunggo-an, Danao City, Cebu, after having been duly sworn in

accordance with law, hereby dispose and state:

1. That I am the owner of ADALBERT WATER REFILLING STATION;

2. That as a Water Refilling Station, I conduct Business operations at Sta. Cruz,

Dunggo-an, Danao City, Cebu;

3. That the owner of the property where my business is located is VICENTE

PEREZ;

4. That VICENTE PEREZ is my grandfather. As such, he does not require me to

pay rent for the use of his property;

5. That in view of my grandfather’s generous accommodation. I am not paying any

rental fee for the use of his property for commercial purposes;

6. As such, I execute this Affidavit in truth for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
