sa pagkakaintindi ko, the hotel industry sees airbnb as a threat since they offer the same thing to

tourists but with a much lower price.

Lodging in a famous destination can be quite pricey, which is why tourists settle for airbnb. Like,,,
practical thinking, why would you spend a lot sa hotel kung meron namang offer na mas mababa with
the same level of comfort and privacy. malalaan mo pa yung budget mo sa other activities in the said
tourist destination, diba

kaya yung mga nasa hotel industry, nagrereklamo sila cause since they offer the same thing, why dont
they follow the same rules diba? mas malaki yata binabayarang tax ng hotels idk not sure

during holildays, hotels are forced to lower their prices down drastically kasi the tourists are eyeing for
airbnb na. so they have to catch up wt them and di rin sila dumadaan sa same inspection as the hotels
like yung fire emergencies and such

so now, under investigation ang airbnb for those who break the local housing rules and sa housing costs,
which is just a propaganda started by the hotel industry since threatened nga sila

nalulugi talaga sila kasi normally pag holidays ganyan, dapat mataas rates ng hotels

pero napipilitan silang ibaba dahil sa Airbnb

may point naman yung hotels dun sa part na di dumadaan sa same inspection and taxes eh pareho lang
naman yung inooffer, pero at the same time hinahanapan lang nila ng butas kasi hindi sila (idk)
competent enough to come up with a solution ???? charot

from the consumers' perspective, syempre gora sa airbnb, mura na, comfy pa ganyarn

pero sa perspective naman ng hotel industry, malulugi sila beh. pero kasi feeling ko naman, kahit may
airbnb di naman sila aabot sa extent na malulugi kasi iba iba pa rin naman sila ng target customers
