AUDITORS’REPORT

We have audited the Balance Sheet as at 31 st March, 2020 and Profit & Loss Account
for the year ended on that date attached herewith of M/s. SUBHAM PAINTS &
SANITARY, Proprietor - LALITA KANKAR, Vill. - Burasanti, P.O. - Singur, Dist.
- Hooghly, PIN - 712 409 and report that :

A. We have obtained all the information and explanations which is to the best
of our knowledge and belief were necessary for the purpose of audit.
B. In our opinion proper Books of Accounts have been kept, so far as appears
from our examinations of the books
C. In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the
explanations given to us the said accounts give true & fair view

(i) In the case of the Balance Sheet of the state of the affair as at 31 st
March, 2020.
(ii) In the case of the Profit & Loss Accounts of the ‘Profit’ for the year
ended on that date.
