Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I am extremely sorry that I could not attend your class this Thursday. But there ‘s
genuine reason for that. On that day, I have to attend the Provincial Youth
Development Plan Training-Workshop to be conducted at Calbayog City, Samar. The
said training-workshop is required for the preparation of our Plans, Programs, and
Activities to be implemented next year in our barangay.
May I request from your good office to be excused in your class today. Hereby, I am
enclosing a copy of the communication from the DILG with regards to the training-
workshop.
