View" - Scenario 1
Following is my 2 minutes “Point of View” speech so the interviewers remember me
above all other candidates.
I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to share things about me which
are not written in my CV and which otherwise you wouldn’t have known.
I am out and out a perfectionist person who likes to see the world in a perfect way.
Being perfect and making things perfect has always been the purpose of my life. By
undergoing continuous development and self-evaluation, I come a step closer to being
perfect everytime. The sense of perfectionism is so deeply rooted in me that prevent me
to accept any standard short of perfection in all levels of my daily life.
I believe the world can become perfect if we altogether keep bringing positive changes
in our daily life. This make me accept all new challenges and allow me to think
differently. Thinking differently push my boundaries, allow me to go beyond my limits
and coming out of my comfort zones. The end result is always unique. This is when I feel
myself as an innovator.
I have quite a lot of experience in leading people in every stages of my life. When I was a
kid, I used to be class prefect. When I grew up and entered university, I led many projects
and participated in many events and under my leadership, my teams always stood out of
the crowd for being near to perfect. Another reason of my success as team leader is I
have learnt to lead different kinds of people and believe in building trustworthy
relationship.
When I entered professional life, I led many teams under my role. I believe in breaking
the old traditional way of doing work and instead focus on producing the quality work
and exceeding the expectations. I teach these things to my colleagues and teammates as
well.
The ability to produce quality works in every fields require dedication and hard work. In
order to achieve it, I am always eager to put my extra time and efforts and to take
additional responsibilities in achieving the tasks. I always like to lead from the front and
set an example to my teammates.
