In line with your request where you ask for information on guaranteed purchase prices for electricity

produced from solid waste, we inform you as follows:

The guaranteed purchase price is regulated by the Decision on guaranteed purchase prices (feed in
tariff) and bonuses for electricity produced from renewable energy sources or efficient cogeneration
(„Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska“, Nr. 88/14).

However, in Republic of Srpska, in accordance with Law on renewable energy sources and efficient
cogeneration („Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska“, Nr. 39/13 and 108/13), only production of
electricity from biodecomposable part of municipality waste (biomass) is subsidized. The Action plan of
Republic of Srpska for use of renewable energy sources defines amounts to be subsidized sorted by
years and sources, and it plans subsidies of 44,56 GWh of electricity from biomass until 2020, from that
solid biomass 29,56 GWh and biogas 15 GWh.
