Dear Sir/Madam

At the meeting held in Sarajevo we proposed that the representatives from Federal
Ministry of Energy shall be included in the work group for monitoring of setting out the
plan of managing of the Vrbas river watershed, and as for Republic of Srpska it shall be a
representative from the Power Utility of Republic of Srpska. In respect of that, we
propose inviting the mentioned representatives as well, and their including in these
activities at the meeting, which has been scheduled for the December 14th 2010.
