Candidates are required to collect their Call Letters for written test from their
For collection of call letters for written test, all candidates him/herself will
produce/show their original CNIC during 0800 to 1800 Hrs. However, in case of
any emergent/valid/unavoidable situation, a candidate may authorize someone (in
writing) to collect his/her letter.
According to your roll number; check your shift, time and location of examination
centre.
Important Note: - All female candidates who are declared medical fit and
having call letters for Written Test will only appear in first shift. No female
candidate will be included in 2nd or 3rd shift.

After Written Test, all Medically Fit candidates for following civil posts will report
at their concerned Recruitment Centres as per following schedule for

Bring your original CNIC, Call letter and written Test Slip. Attach copies of your
matriculation certificate and CNIC with roll number slip/ Call letter. You will not
be allowed into the examination area without showing these.
Don’t bring any unauthorized material (Written notes, paper, pencil box and
glasses cases etc.). These will be checked and confiscated.
Mobile phones and other communication devices are strictly banned in the
examination area.
Ensure that you should visit / use the washroom before arriving for your exams
as you will not be permitted to leave during exam timings.
You are required to use only black and blue ink. Make sure you have to bring
some spare pens / ball pen.
Report / arrive at 06:00 am for exams and wait outside in queue until you are
checked / cleared and allowed in written test premises.
As you enter, follow the instructions of invigilators and listen carefully all
announcements at all time.
Remember that talking with each other is not allowed at any time in exam area.
You are not allowed / permitted to share anything with each other.

Place your roll number slip alongwith copies of matriculation certificate and
CNIC in front of you.
Calculating devices are not allowed in examination area.
You are not allowed to leave your place / exam area without permission.
Don’t use sticky tape / fluid or any kind of eraser to hide anything you write.
Follow the given / printed instructions on your question paper’s jacket and
computerized answer sheet.
Invigilators are strictly prohibited for any unlawful favour. Don’t ask for any hint
or help from them.
Keep your eyes on your own paper. Remember, cheating is not allowed, you will
be declared cheater and marked zero.
Stop writing when the invigilators say / announce, “it is the time over”.
Leave the hall / area quietly and in queue. Remember to take all your belongings
with you.
Candidates are bound to abide by the ASF and testing agency rules till they
leave the examination area / hall / premises.
Any disturbance / misconduct in any way caused by the candidates will
disqualify from the test and ASF reserves the rights to carry out legal action
against such attempt.
The testing board has complete authority to cancel any paper at any stage if the
activities of the candidate are found against the discipline.
You will be disqualified and may be imposed another penalty, if you found the
following: -
Misconduct with ASF staff or fellow candidates.
Write only your roll number digits in 06 given blocks (as shown in picture).
One Page Printed Answer Sheet is provided to you for answer the questions.
Answer sheet contains four circles against each question number (four options
of answer for each question,
alphabets from A to D). The
candidate has to completely
shade / fill one circle that he / she
thinks correct. For example the
candidate feels that the correct
answer of the given question is
'A', then he / she may shade / fill
the circle containing alphabet 'A'
with ball pen like this: -
