1- When cabling is done - it doesnt mean the communication occurs

2- Even when you do the right cabling and the port is UP - - it doesnt mean the
communication occurs

3- For a communication you NEED

a) right cables
b) right cabling
c) port configuration
d) Two ends of the cable MUST BE AT THE SAME NETWORK.

4- How can I understand that the both ends of the cable are at the same Network?
= same network domain.
