Dear sir/madam,

Regarding to our study tour program, we intended to inquire about the possibility of
visiting your school on November 6th 2019 in order to establish friendship and cultural
exchange. Referring to that matter, we need your support. The 27 students will be the
part of the trip accompanied by five teachers. We just take a day for this visit.

The purpose of the visit is to conduct a comparative study in order to see how the
curriculum was implied, the implementation financing, the management system, and the
medium used in form of discussion and sharing information.
