Laws that need to be changed :

Reservation.

The Constitution of India states in Article 16(4): “Nothing in Article 16 or in Clause (2) of Article 29 shall
prevent the State from making any special provision for the advancement of any socially and
educationally backward classes of citizens or for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes". It is this
article that enables the government to make laws on the reservation policies which basically turns out to
be unnecessary in this era, since it is widening the gap of economic quality of the people.

Criminalization of Marital rape;

Women must be cherished and adored rather than being seen as objects/instruments of child bearing
labour. May it be stranger or husband one must be able to live in this world with dignity and integrity,
we the seekers of equal human rights to all must respect the emotions of women and thus it is at this
point criminalizing marital rape is essential as that of the normal one. But it must also be ensured, that
provision will never turn to be a sword against consensual one.

Problems In Procedure Codes:

Both the civil and criminal procedure code must be re- legislated for the modern era, incorporating the
inquisitorial system, so that the administration of justice may be effective.

Effective steps must be taken to incorporate speedy remedy within our system. Justice delayed is justice
denied.

Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act

This Act must be repealed, since its incorporation, it has become a threat to freedom of speech and
expression guaranteed under the constitution of India.

This Act can also be amended to curb the powers of government against the nerve of the Indian society
(media).

Much needed:

Essential laws must be taught to every student as one of the subject, so that they won't be abused by
their lack of knowledge in the cyber tech modern era.

Employment Policy:

For everyone labour source in the country as per their qualifications, the government must create a
employment sector.

To provide salary,it can approach healthy distribution of wealth among all, by regularizing salary for all
departments.
