2 BACKGROUND TO THIS PROJECT

2.1 Introduction

This section describes the Approach and Methodology adopted by the TA in monitoring
the USF Project in USF ABC Lot. This Methodology evolved from the methodology
proposed in the original proposal presented by the TA in response to the RFP, based
on project information, project implementation issues, local circumstances and the
developing situation of the project.
