In this EY Interact – Changing settings in Internet Explorer for document sharing Quick
Reference Guide, you will learn how to change your Internet Explorer settings to prevent any
difficulty using EY Interact for document sharing and collaboration.
For optimal performance, we recommend using Internet Explorer or Safari with EY Interact.
Google Chrome users may not be able to use the full document collaboration functionality, so
it is not recommended.

IMPORTANT: This browser settings change is necessary to assure documents open properly
without errors. If you do not have the ability to change these settings, please ask your IT Help
Desk to assist.

Changing settings in Internet Explorer

Follow the steps below to change your settings in Internet Explorer.

1. On the Internet Explorer toolbar,

click the gear icon or from the Tools
menu, choose Internet Options.

2. In the Internet Options dialog box,

click the Security tab.

3. On the Security tab, click Trusted

sites.

4. Then, click Sites.

5. In the Trusted sites dialog box,

replace any content in the Add this
website to the zone field with:
https://*.ey.com.

6. Click Add.

7. Click Close.

8. Then, click OK to complete the

process.
