1. What do you think your ideal weight is? How did you choose that weight?

I think my ideal weight is around 47-60 because according to BMI chart it indicates
that my body weight is normal
 
2. Is dieting becoming more widespread in your country (e.g. with children or men)?
Why do you think that is?

In my country dieting is becoming more widespread with women because the people
in my country still have a beauty standard that’s why dieting is more widespread with
women in my country   
 
3. Is obesity becoming more of a problem in your country? Why do you think that is?
Do you blame anyone in particular (e.g. the parents, food companies, the
government)? What can be done about it?

I think obesity in my country is becoming more of a problem, a lot of people have it


because of the heredity factor and maybe it can be avoided if they keep a healthy
lifestyle, the problem can be done if we as a health worker give more health education
to the people
 
4. What diets are most popular in your country at the moment? Why are they more
popular than others?
I think the most popular diet in my country is keto diet you should eat low
carbohydrate and high protein, this diet program is more popular than others because
we can easily get a lot of information on the internet
 
5. Do you think diets work? What is the most important factor of a diet that works?
diet can be work if the person realy mean to do it, the most important thing to do is to
be disciplined about it
