Unit I
Camelia married Firouzeh under the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act 1936.
After one year of marriage with Firouzeh, Camelia was expecting her first child
when Firouzeh deserted her and started living with another woman. Camelia
took all possible measures to revive their marriage, but was in vain. Firouzeh
did not return to her and has neglected their child completely.
What would be the advice given to her? Draft an appropriate legal remedy on
behalf of Camelia.

Unit II
Mrs. Indira wrote a novel which is based on criminal investigation and a story
of psychopath.

Write a application on behalf of Mrs. Indira for reserving the copyright benefits
and reservation of Royalty.

Unit III
Mr. Gajanan was suspended by his employer on allegations of sexual
harassment at work place by a female employee.
Draft a complaint on behalf of Mr. Gajanan on the ground of violation of
principles of natural justice and a claim for subsistence allowance under the
Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act.

Unit IV
Draft an Affidavit for Condonation of Delay in filing an appeal before the
Income Tax Applleant Tribunal.
Unit V
Draft a PIL challenging the Constitutional validity of the U.P. Prohibition of
Unlawful Conversion of Religion Ordinance 2020.

Unit VI
The State of Maharashtra had orally granted a piece of land in favour of Mr.
Aniket Rana. He had permission to construct his residential house over the
same. Mr. Aniket has spent major portion of his hard earned money for the
construction of the said house. He has also been given electricity connection
from electricity department and he has also got his ration card on the same
address.

Once the house was constructed Mr. Shyam approached the Aniket claiming
that he was the legal owner of the said land. It was his father’s property which
has bequeathed as a legal hair.
A) Draft a plaint on behalf of Mr. Shyam
B) Draft a written statement on behalf of Mr. Aniket.

Unit VII
Draft a complaint under sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act
1881.

Unit VIII
Sunaina married Sanjay in 2015. Sanjay is a doctor associated with one reputed
hospital. He is planning to start his own hospital. For which he made a demand
to his wife Sunaina to bring 35 lakhs rupees from her parents.
Draft a complaint U/S 498A of IPC on behalf of aggrieved party.

Unit I
Mr. Dinesh wants to purchase house from Ramesh at the rate of 70 lakhs rupees.
Draft a sale deed.

Unit II
Mr. Akshay wanted to take a loan of 5,00,000 rupees from Mr. Pankaj by
keeping security of his property to the Pankaj as mortgage received load. Draft a
mortgage deed.

Unit III
Mr. Rahul intends to denote all his estate comprising movable & immovable
property to his daughter Ravina in consideration of the natural love affection he
has for her. Draft a gift deed on behalf of Mr. Rahul.

Draft an affidavit to be submitted to the Returing Officer for election to Lok

4. Pages must be numbered appropriately
3. The Cover Page of the Journal must contain the following details:

2. Name of Student
3. Roll number & Division
4. College Name
5. Faculty Incharge
4. Once the Journal is complete, the students must scan the contents and
make a soft copy file of the same.
5. The File Name must be in the following format only:
ROLLNUMBER_NAME
6. The file should be sent in PDF format only.
7. The Journal shall be handwritten and thereafter, scanned and emailed to
the email ID : jcclappliedcomponent@gmail.com on or before 3rd April,
2021.
