BENEFITS AND WELLNESS

The dedication of our people to the firm and the intense effort they give their jobs are greater than one finds in most other

Our compensation and rewards program matches this dedication and effort.

Hospitalization: The Insurance program covers India hospitalization expenses, from day one of joining the
firm, for employees and their dependents (spouse, children and parents*) up to:
 INR 500,000 per year for analysts and associates
 INR 800,000 per year for vice presidents and above
The program also provides unique coverage for a number of conditions including infertility, congenital/genetic

disorders and oral chemotherapy. In addition, the firm offers employees maternity coverage of up to
INR 100,000 per year.

Accidental Death and Disability Insurance (AD & D): All employees are covered for life insurance and
AD & D insurance, up to three times their annual Cost to Company (CTC)*.

Business Travel Accident Insurance: All employees are covered for up to five times total compensation
while traveling on firm business domestically or internationally.

Medical Benefits Abroad: The firm provides global emergency and non-routine healthcare coverage to
employees while traveling on firm business outside the country of permanent assignment.

Provident Fund: The firm covers all employees under a Provident Fund, with 12% of basic salary deducted

monthly towards employee contribution and a matching 12% employer contribution included as CTC.

Gratuity: All employees are eligible for gratuity on completion of 4 years and 8 months of continuous service.
The amount, if eligible, is paid over and above the total salary payable to employees.

National Pension System (NPS): Voluntary retirement planning solution through regular payroll savings with
additional tax benefits.

The firm provides a comprehensive leave program to support its employees. Key programs include:
PLANNED LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Public Holidays: 10-12 paid holidays per year.

Annual Leave: 20 days at the analyst/associate level and 23 days at the vice president level.

Maternity/Paternity/Adoption/Surrogacy Leave: All new parents, whether through birth, surrogacy or


adoption, will receive the same paid parenting leave, i.e. 26 calendar weeks.

Sick Leave: The firm’s sick leave policy covers employees for any absence from work due to illness or injury.
Additionally, the firm offers a disability program that protects employees against loss of income if unable to
work because of an illness/injury for up to one year (capping applies).

Family Care Leave: Four weeks of paid family care leave to provide care for family members as needed due
to a serious health condition.

Other Leaves: Additionally, the firm offers leaves for marriage, bereavement and emergency situations.
Health Services: The firm offers several health programs to support our employees.
- Two fully-equipped onsite health centers operated by doctors and nurses
- A well-developed Occupational Health and Ergonomics program offering workstation reviews, ergonomic
assessments, specialist equipment and consultations
- An executive physical program* for vice presidents and managing directors
- Discounted over-the-counter pharmacy and laboratory testing services
HEALTH

In addition, the firm provides Critical Health Solutions, a 24/7 medical advocacy service providing support
and guidance to employees and their families in critical health cases.

Fitness and Nutrition**: The firm has a comprehensive onsite fitness center with best-in-class equipment,
trainers, a multi-purpose group exercise studio, steam rooms and other amenities. This is supported by an
onsite nutritionist providing counseling and advice on personalized diet plans.

Resilience Resources: The firm encourages resilience through onsite personalized consultations, the
Employee Assistance Program, onsite de-stressing and guided meditation classes.

Pathways to Parenthood: The firm provides stipends for adoption, surrogacy, egg retrieval and egg donation.
FAM ILY PLANNING

Parenting Leave: All new parents, whether through birth, surrogacy or adoption, will receive the same paid
parenting leave, i.e. 26 calendar weeks

This is further supported by a Expectant Parent Program offering expectant and new parents, health
services, fitness and nutrition advice, consultations with lactation experts, lactation rooms and mentoring
support.

To support our employees, we offer a state-of-the art onsite children's facility** with access to full-time and
back-up childcare and after school programs for children aged between six months and six years.

Education and Scholarships: Employees are eligible for full/partial reimbursement of tuition expenses to
support ongoing education for our employees*
OTHER OFFERINGS

Transport**: To facilitate an easy commute, the firm provides transportation services for all employees with
additional security support as required

Housing Deposit Loan: To help employees settle during their initial days of relocation, the firm aids with
reimbursement of interest for housing rental deposit loan.

Community Team Works (CTW): At least one day in a year, people from our offices work in partnership with
local nonprofit organizations around the world, contributing their expertise and ideas to help make a
meaningful difference.

Office of Global Security (OGS): Our OGS team ensures the safety of our people and provides a secure
environment for employees and visitors. The team also monitors and mitigates threats and manages crises.
