Blue Moon
BH (Blue Moon) is the company that manufacturing the spare parts of the
different vehicles like truck, car and heavy bikes, the manager is corporative
with employees and there is one employee who belongs to poor family but he
is very hard working and too much effective for the company ,in the last result
he was on the top in the list of best performers of the year but he left the
organization before his time, he has old mother and father and he care of them
because they need one person for their care, and the employee consider taking
care of them in his first priority.

Q2) what company should do that the employee not left the organization before the time?
