Affected applicants are to follow the same time slot indicated in the original appointment.
Please print out the new email, the application form with your original appointment schedule indicated,
the e-receipt and your supporting documents, and present them during your new appointment
schedule.
Please be advised that the schedules may still be subject to sudden changes due to unforeseen
circumstances or changes in the policies of local governments and mall partners which host these Cos.
The DFA shall update its advisory should there be any changes to the schedules. Please make sure to

All applicants are required to have masks and face shields on and will be subjected to temperature
checks prior to entry, among other public health measures to be implemented by the Consular Office.
We ask for your patience as we must continue to limit the number of applicants allowed inside Consular
Offices at any given time to reduce the risks for both our applicants and personnel due to continuing
COVID-19 concerns.
