IMPORTANT NOTICE

(LEAVE SOPs)
(Effective from 29/03/2021)

➢ Leave should be sign before one day for approval from Area Incharge
➢ Only two persons are allowed to apply for the leave as per roaster
➢ No one is allowed to mark their leave in advance in the roaster
➢ 7 leaves will be granted per month to only NON-LOCALS
➢ If someone take the leave without approval from Area Incharge then he
will be mark absent and higher authorities will be informed
➢ Locals will take their rest as per schedule

➢ ‫ایک دن پہلے چھٹی ایریا انچارج سے سائین کروانا ہوگی‬

➢ ‫صرف دو بندوں کو چھٹی کرنے کی اجازت ہوگی روسٹر کے مطابق‬
➢ ‫کسی کو بھی پہلے سے روسٹر میں چھٹی لگانے کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی‬
➢ ‫ چھٹیوں کی اجازت ہوگی صرف نان لوکل سٹاف کو‬7 ‫ایک مہینے میں‬
➢ ‫اگر کوئی بھی ایریا انچارج سے بغیر اجازت کے چھٹی پہ چال جائے تو وہ غیر حاضر تصور‬
‫ہوگا اور اس کی شکایت اعلی افسران سے کی جائے گی‬
➢ ‫لوکل سٹاف شیڈول کے مطابق اپنا ہفتہ وار رسٹ کریں گے‬
