Subject: Analysis of Prison Sentence and Fine

Dear Julia,
I have calculated the maximum prison sentence and fine amount that Mr. Bradley could face if he is
found guilty of all the charges that he is facing. These calculations are in conformity with the US
sentencing guidelines. I have made a sentencing table explaining the maximum sentence under certain
guidelines for certain offences and in this table I have also mentioned the maximum amount of fine
payable for such level of offence under the US sentencing Guidelines. Mentioned below is the
sentencing table for your convenience.

Regards,
Yash
