Now that my children have started school, they get ill much more

often. Although they eat healthy food and do exercise, they get a cold almost

every month. I think it is because they are tired from the school day. Also, I

think they catch illnesses from the other children in their class. Today, my

daughter has arrived home saying that she had had a headache. I haven’t taken

her temperature yet, but she has spent the evening running around the

apartment, so I don’t think she is very ill. As she has already missed a lot of

school recently; I don’t want her to miss any more if possible.
