Checklist of week 1-March 10-16, 2021

1. Download ALL files I send you today from here or the folder “week 1” of the public
e-mail box buz_research_xw@126.com (password: research2021).

2. Read teaching syllabus file.

3. Save the case file properly for weekly assignment.

4. Read the first chapter of the reference text file “ch01.pdf”.

5. Self-present and learn the Instruction ppt files of week 1 “I1.pptx”, and listen to the
insert voice.

6. Self-present and learn all the Lecture ppt files of week 1, L1.pptx-L3.pptx”, and listen
to the insert voice.

7. Read and finish the first case “C1-Ramada Demonstrate Its Personal Best”, which you
can find in the case file. Send your case study homework to mkt_xw@126.com with
both the file name and e-mail subject as “C1-your student ID” by 24:00 March 16.

in the syllabus.
