Strengths

 Empathetic
Being a single child, I have spent most of my childhood alone, dealing
with all sorts problems by myself. That gave me a lot of time to think
back and reflect on thing thereby developing a knack for easily
understanding situations and people in general. I have the ability to
quickly understand what the other person is feeling and relate to them.

 Organized
I am a very organized person and always plan things out beforehand.
Love to keep my stuff/surroundings organized and sorted. It helps me
think clearly and keep things in check. Also makes me future ready.
Because of this particular habit, I was elected as the head of the
organizing committee in my undergrad. Organized two college level
cultural fests.

Weaknesses
 Overthinking
Tend to pay too much attention to trivial things and worry about them.
Therefore, burn out easily and miss out on several other opportunities.
For instance, even after getting selected in two premier B-schools,
stressed myself (in choosing right B-school) to an extent that could not
even cherish the feeling of finally achieving my school.

 Cannot say no
In order to become a more caring and understanding person, I am often
unable to say no to people & maintain a healthy boundary. I tend to over
-promise or make promises which I do not wish to keep. Therefore, I end
up with a lot of stuff on plate which cannot be completed in time and
portrays me in bad light.

Opportunities
 Chance to build up my network and learn the required skills during my
MBA.
  Gain valuable insights from first hand experiences of the peers.
 As a member of the cultural committee MALHAAR, have the opportunity
to sharpen my organizational and managerial skills.

Threats
 Loosing out on several opportunities because of my reserved nature.
 Having to compete with students with much more knowledge of the
subject matter and work experience.
 Get distracted in the glitters of the MBA world.
 Losing out on friends and family because of the busy schedule
