Exam 2021

The exams will be a group exam.

The overall quotation will be
- 30% of points of group participation and group presentations during class
 Content of subject
 Quality of slides
 Quality of oral explanations
- 70% on final exam
1. Powerpoint of strategic presentation that you would do to the Management
of your company.
 It should include the 4 scenario’s including
 their impact,
 their SWOT analysis (S &W are related to the present and to
the company itself. O&T are related to the future, to the
company and its competitors)
 the timeframe and the means necessary for their
implementation.
 How these scenario’s can be integrated in the overall company’s
strategy.
2. Video of the team that presents the PowerPoint to the management (via
youtube link)
- The final exam presentation should include some materials that were presented in
the different parts of my course.
