Anna’s Peanut Butter Power Granola

From Anna’s Kitchen


1 ½ Cups Almonds
1 ½ Cups Pecans
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
¼ Cup Sunflower Seeds or Hemp Hearts
1/3 Cup Vanilla Whey Powder
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter (I used a little more)
¼ Butter
1/3 Cup Sweetener
¼ Water

Preheat oven 310F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl. Chop nuts with food processor. Add Coconut,


sunflower seeds, sweetener, and protein powder.

Microwave butter and peanut butter to melt, 20-30 seconds. Stir

Pour over mixture. Stir well. Add the water. Stir again.
Pour mixture on baking pan and spread out. Make a few pockets
for air to get down in it. Put in oven for 20 minutes. Carefully
break up in big chunks. Put back in for 20 minutes.

Let cool before storing.

Makes 7 cups (14 half cup servings – 50 Grams)
