Thank you for attending the WEBEX screening earlier!

Time to move your application to the next step - the Versant Oral Assessment. You need to Create a Versant Account
first before proceeding with the exam. Find below instructions on how create a Versant Account.

This examination will only be available today, March 12, 2021 from 10 AM to 6PM

To access the exam:

You need to create a versant account. Please make sure to READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY.

STEP 1: Kindly check your mailbox for the 2nd email invitation sent by Scorekeeper and follow the instructions.
This is just a SAMPLE IMAGE of what the 2nd email should look like.

STEP 2: Click ”START TEST” Enter your Test Identification Number (TIN) and click "Validate TIN".
STEP 3: Fill in all the information and click CREATE ACCOUNT. A pop-up message will appear that will instruct you
to CHECK YOUR EMAIL. Click "OK" and go back to your email.

NOTE: DO NOT LOG IN YET. YOU HAVE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL FIRST AND CONFIRM THE ACCOUNT
ACTIVATION. Trying to login prematurely will create an error to the login - you will receive an error that the TIN is
already used or you are using an incorrect login.

STEP 4: Kindly check your mailbox for the account activation email and click "CONFIRM" to complete the account
registration process.
STEP 5: Set your password.

STEP 6: Login using your email address and password.

STEP 7: Take the Versant Test.

Taking your exam:

• Headset/Earphones with Microphone is a must for this examination.

• Before taking your exam, make sure you are in a nice and quiet environment where you will not be
disturbed.
• Follow and read the instructions given by the exam.
• If the exam has a time limit, you will see a countdown timer at the top of each page. If you run out of time,
the exam will be finished automatically and any answers on the current page will also be submitted.
• Speak in a normal conversational tone.
• Make sure to finish the exam in one sitting. and on the given date and time.

If you will take the exam using Mobile/Smartphone:

• Download the Versant by Pearson Education, Inc. App at the Appstore/Google Play Store.
If you will be using your laptop or desktop no need to download this application

How to avoid being logged out of an exam:

• Stay connected to the Internet during your exam.
• Do not click away from the exam until you have submitted your answers and finished the exam.

Troubleshooting:
• If you encounter any error in logging in your exam using the web try to access your exam using this
alternative link https://www.versanttest.com/web

• If error is still occurring in your end kindly go back to the Webex Room for Versant for the recruiters to assist
you with the troubleshooting
