I am writing in regards to the 4th grade Elementary teacher position at North Road Elementary that was
advertised on the Genesee Intermediate School District website. With over 6 years of experience
teaching multi- age preschool at World of Wonder Early Childhood Center in Fenton, Mi, and student
teaching in 4th grade at North Road Elementary, I will be graduating from Ferris State University in
May of 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree. I have become an expert in teaching differentiated lessons both
in person and online. I am also highly efficient at managing small and large classrooms. I believe that
these skills, combined with my ability to foster constructive learning environments, make me an ideal
candidate for this position.

Some highlights from my current and past positions include:

● Established a social-emotional daily mindfulness routine for multi-age classrooms.

● Created and taught lessons for both virtual and face to face classes.

Beyond my teaching experience and classroom management skills, I believe my enthusiasm makes me a
perfect fit to serve as a 4th grade teacher at North Road Elementary. Having had a lifelong passion for
education, I am excited about the prospect of working alongside your staff and administrators to help
more Fenton students grow and flourish in their elementary years.
