Answer : McDonald should take the following strategy for dealing with these nonmarket issues :

For Obesity , McDonald should direct it’s production of food along with the cheeseburger bill , i.e.
which safeguard food industries against obesity lawsuits . It also implicates by law , being obese by
consuming fast food is also a responsibility of the consumer . Regarding Mad Cow Disease ,
McDonald should implement a crisis management strategy at the very first , by providing factual
statements and information regarding McDonald’s take on the Mad Cow Disease , as McDonald also
experienced from several other countries regarding this “Mad Cow Disease” And for “Antibiotics
and Growth Hormones” , McDonald should phasing them out and also incorporate the non-
antibiotics use in their Marketing Strategy .
