Before I explain further, the statistic of stress problems among the perkataan with

teenagers has increased year by year. Luckily, I have recently joined a

webinar on stress management and there are signs and solutions

mentioned in there.

There are many signs of stress we can know. The majority of

signs of stress give a negative impact to our health. Firstly, we feel very

tired. It’s because when we feel stressed, our bodies produce a lot of Stress = tekanan

energy to stabilize our body system. The effect of feeling very tired is we

would easily get angry. Imagine when we feel tired, we can’t think

properly and will easily make a wrong decision with a bad emotions. Emotions = plural . so

Next, another sign of stress is losing focus in studying. It is because we

can’t give a 100% of commitment.

Furthermore, you might also lose appetite and weight when you

are having stress. As a result, you will easily to get sick like gastric and

signs of stress that we can easily detect. Now what step can take to

overcome the stress?


The first suggestion to overcome it is to talk to your friends or

counsellors. It’s because if you share with someone else, they can help

you to resolve the problem through their experience. Not only that, you

can exercise outdoors to overcome the stress is because when you see a

beautiful nature and your mind can get relax. Other than that, the

important way to overcome the stress is through enough sleep. The

healthy sleeping hour for human is a like 6 hour – 8 hours to get fully

recharged to begin the day. Lastly, take a healthy food like eating food After “like” the verb

based on the food pyramid and don’t forget to take a enough drink water

to overcome the stress.

Last but not least, we must take the stress problem seriously
