My name is Sammi Kacprowicz and I appreciate the opportunity to apply to the New Grad

Since 2016 I have been working at my current job at a restaurant in a country club. This job has
taught me so many things that can contribute to this job. It has taught me great communication
skills, how to multitask, and most importantly, how to be a better leader and manager. These are
great skills any nurse needs to have and my 5 years of experience at this country club has set me
up for success for my future in nursing.

In May of 2021 I will graduate from University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in
Nursing. My school also has an emphasis on integrative health which has helped me look at my
patient in a different light. This nursing program has given me the skills to safely give the best
care to my patients while simultaneously remembering the six integrative nursing principles.
