Dear Sir,

Ref. Indeminty for Lost of Fixed Deposit Receipt No.2007/4843 for the Principal Amount
Rs. 50,000/- favouring VIMAL GOPAL GAIKWAD

We/ were until recently in possession of the above mentioned FCR issued by your Girguam Branch in
favour of VIMAL GOPAL GAIKWAD

The Said FCR has been lost or misplaced by I/us and through I/we have made thorough and diligent
search for the missing F.C.R . I/we have not been able to trace it.

I/we have requested you to issue me /us duplicate in lieu of original.

You have agreed to do so in the faith and strength of the aforesaid representation and on my/our
executing suCh indemnity in favour of the Bank as in hereafter appearing.

In consideration of the promises, I/we so as to bind myself / ourselves jointly and severely mY/our
respective heirs a. on my /our executing such indemnity in favour of the Bank as is hereafter appearing.

a) To keep you safe and indemnified against all claims, demands, suits, action, proceedings , loss ,
damange cost, charges and expenses (the legal costs being between attorney and client) which may
bmade on brought or commenced agamst you , or be paid susta;ned , suffered or incurred by you, as
consequence direct or indirect of the said payrnent of duplicate pay order in pursuance of the foregoing
request.

b) To pay you on dead the amount of any such loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses to expenses
to,ther with interest @ 10, per annurn from the date of payment by you until reimbursement by me/us.

c) That you shall have the right to set off any amount payable to us by you hereunder against the
amount of any said deposit.

d) That of the old FCR be located at any time hereafter we will return it to the Bank for cancellation.
