Whereas the Govemment of Maharashtra, in exercise of the powcr conferred


& 4 ofthe Epidemic Diseases Acl, 1897 has framed Regulations for
under section 2, 3,
prevention of containmenl ol COVID-lg under Notification No. Corona 2020lCR_/
58/Aarogya-5 dated l3th March, 2020 and Dated l4'h March, 2020.
And Whereas, as per rule 3 of the said Regulation, Municipal Commissioner of
Municipal Corporation has been declared as .Empowered officer, & is empowered to
take such measures as are necessary to prevent the outbreak of Covid-Ig or spread
thereofwithin his respective j urisd iction,
Whereas, Government of Maharashtra vide its order dated 30th September 2020
and l4rh October 2020 (extended by order dt. 29th October 2020, 27th November 2020,
29th December 2020, 29th January, 2021 and,24th February, 2021, l5'h March, 2021 and
l7'h March,2021 a 27th March,2021) issued order for containment ofCOVID-l9 in
the State, for a period upto 15rh April 2021, and issued revised guidelines by incJuding
certain activities from time to time vide above mentioned order and which is now further
extended fbr a period upto 30'h April 2021 vide its order dt. 4th April,202l, as referred
at Sr. No. 7.
And therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under rule 3 of
