● 250g of tapioca flour

● 120ml of milk
● 60ml vegetable oil
● Half a tablespoon of salt
● 1 egg
● 150g of shredded cheese (old gouda or cheddar, or a
combination of those)
● 50g of shredded parmesan

Put the flour in a bowl. Put oil, milk and salt in a pot and heat it up until
it boils. Add the milk mixture into the flour and stir it with a wooden
spoon. Once it cools down a bit, add the egg and mix everything until
it forms a dough - use your hands if necessary. Add the cheese and
mix it with your hands. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Form balls about
the size of, erm, a table tennis ball and put them on a baking sheet.
Bake them for 10-15 minutes - or until they are slightly brown.
