Greetings of Peace and Prosperity.

I regret to inform you that I would like to render my resignation as Language Tutor in your
school effective from July 1, 2020. I hereby give 1 week notice of my intention to leave.

I made this decision, not because I’m unhappy with the opportunities you’ve presented, but as
a strategic career move. It’s been a great pleasure working with you for the past few months. In
my time here, I have developed my skills esp. in teaching and also in enhancing my knowledge
in German Language.

I would like to thank you for this experience and also for the warm working environment during
my time in your institution. I wish you and the SLC continued success.

If there is anything I can do in aiding a smooth transition of responsibilities, please let me know.
