Econ expansion joints of the unrestrained type may be used only if:
- all anticipated movements can be absorbed
- the pipeline is adequately anchored and guided
- the plant and piping is not subjected to excessive forces and movements.
Expansion joints of the restrained type are recommended in all other cases.

remark: Apart from the ECONFLEX expansion joints with rubber bellows, we also
supply expansion joints made of stainless steel, or other materials and
with other pressure classes, according to the requirements of our
customers.
Besides, we also supply metal hoses of which the details will be provided
upon request.
